Bio
Hello! My name is Joy Welch. This will be my third year at Cowan Elementary and my 18th year in elementary education. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Reading. I have taught in all grades from kindergarten through 5th grade and am enjoying being back in 5th grade again this year.
